The Grant Writing Coaching & Training Package is designed for organizations, staff, or volunteers who want to gain the skills to research, write, and submit their own grant proposals. This program provides hands-on guidance, step-by-step instruction, and practical tools to make the grant writing process clear, manageable, and effective.

Participants will learn to:

  • Understand different types of grants (government, foundation, corporate)

  • Identify funding opportunities that align with their mission

  • Develop compelling narratives and measurable outcomes

  • Prepare budgets and supporting documents that funders expect

  • Navigate common challenges and mistakes in grant applications

  • Track and report outcomes for future grant success

This package can be delivered as one-on-one coaching or small group workshops. By the end of the program, participants will be confident in their ability to independently write and submit competitive grant proposals.

3-Month Partnership

Initial Consultation / Needs Assessment (60 minutes)

  • Review participants’ current skills, goals, and projects

  • Identify priority areas for training

Training Sessions (4 sessions, 60–90 minutes each)

  • Session 1: Grant Research & Opportunity Identification

  • Session 2: Writing the Narrative & Program Description

  • Session 3: Budgeting, Attachments, and Compliance

  • Session 4: Review & Practice Grant Application

3. Follow-Up Support:

  • Email or call support for questions during the first grant application

  • Review 1 draft and provide feedback
